On Tuesday, April 29, 2008, Mayor Henderson was invited to join the "Ground Breaking" ceremony at the Signature Building. The Signature Building is the newest Class A office space in Greenwood. Construction will be complete in the 4th Quarter of 2008. There will be a total of 44,000 RSF available. It's a 2-story building ideal for corporate or a regional headquarters site. It has excellent visibility from I-65. There is building signage available. The parking ratio is 7.5 spaces per 1,000 SF. It's in close proximity to the Greenwood Airport.
