Yoga

Yoga poses presented with an emphasis on alignment guided by breathing. Yoga builds strength, flexibility and fitness while also relieving stress and anxiety.

Monday and Wednesday Yoga: 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Friday Restorative Yoga: 6:00 - 7:15 p.m. 

This class consists of floor poses held 3-7 minutes supported by yoga props provided by participants.

Combine the body sculpting of pilates with the flexibility of yoga to build strength, flexibility and fitness while also relieving stress and anxiety.

Zumba

Fitness combined dance in this fun, high energy class. You won't even realize you're exercising!

Kangoo

Kangoo Dance is a safe, energetic, fun and motivating aerobic program taught to music. It's for all ages and fitness levels. Utilizing special rebound shoes to act as shock absorbors to reduce impact and decrease joint stress.

Kung Fu

Kung Fu, also referred to as Chinese Martial Arts, in practiced for health and self defense. Veteran instructor, Gerald Laird teaches the Five Animals of Shaolin version.

Tai-Chi

Tai-Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that involves a series of movements performed in a slow, graceful manner along with deep breathing. It helps relieve stress and anxiety and promotes flexibility and balance.

Step Interval

Step Interval is a combination cardio and strength workout using simple step patterns and free weights focusing on upper body muscular endurance.

Total Resistance

Time to kick it up a notch with The Total Resistance (TR), a one-size fits all harness that allows you to add resistance to your workout. Charlie Todd, a former collegiate football player and creator of TR, has designed a series of exercises to guarantee fast results. The workouts are simplified movements athletes would do on the field. These classes are high-energy, fun and can be done at your own pace.

Classes start Monday August 6.
