Combine the body sculpting of pilates with the flexibility of yoga to build strength, flexibility and fitness while also relieving stress and anxiety.

Fitness combined dance in this fun, high energy class. You won't even realize you're exercising!

Kangoo

Kangoo Dance is a safe, energetic, fun and motivating aerobic program taught to music. It's for all ages and fitness levels. Utilizing special rebound shoes to act as shock absorbors to reduce impact and decrease joint stress.

Kung Fu

Kung Fu, also referred to as Chinese Martial Arts, in practiced for health and self defense. Veteran instructor, Gerald Laird teaches the Five Animals of Shaolin version.

Tai-Chi

Tai-Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that involves a series of movements performed in a slow, graceful manner along with deep breathing. It helps relieve stress and anxiety and promotes flexibility and balance.

Step Interval

Step Interval is a combination cardio and strength workout using simple step patterns and free weights focusing on upper body muscular endurance.

Adult Ballet

Ladies Salsa Styling

Taught by professional dancer and choreographer, Angela Arteritano. She has taught Masters classes and workshops in Houston, San Marcos and The Woodlands, Texas and we are proud she has made Greenwood her new home! This is a salsa dance class designed for women. This category of dancing has been popular for years and gives women the chance to stylize their salsa movement and make it more feminine. Learn the basics of salsa dancing, rhythm and steps along with styling characteristics of this captivating Latin dance with a feminine touch, in a fun and friendly environment.
