The City of Greenwood is working on designs for another phase of improvement to Main Street, from Meridian Street to Polk Street.

- Tentative Award – July 2026
- Phase I construction for 2026 – Waterline replacement
- Phase II construction for 2027 – all other improvements
- Reconstructed roadway
- Pathway/ sidewalks along both sides
- Decorative lighting
- Improved roadway drainage and storm sewer improvements
- Sanitary sewer rehabilitation
