Pick up your free mulch at the Fry Road Waste Management Facility. In order to participate, residents are required to show proof of residency with a copy of your drivers license and a Greenwood Sanitation Utility Bill showing the leaf and limb fee.
We encourage everyone to participate in Greenwood’s free recycling program. More recycling and less trash is not only great for the environment, it decreases costs and increases revenue to the program, allowing Greenwood to maintain lower rates in the future.
Each resident who chooses to participate is given a 96-gallon wheeled bin. The bins are picked up bi-weekly. On your designated pickup day, recycling must be curbside by 7 a.m.
64-gallon bins are available for recycling if you choose not to have a 96-gallon bin. These bins include a one-time fee to be paid for by the resident.

Heavy Trash Pickup
Heavy trash is collected on your regular pickup day during the last full week of every month. Heavy trash does not count toward

Mattresses are included as well. Note: please wrap any mattresses set out for heavy trash day in plastic or place in a plastic bag.
Heavy trash does not include: construction or demolition debris, tree limbs, televisions, computers or other electronics.
Holiday Trash Pickup
During the week of a national holiday, your designated trash pickup day will be moved one day later than your regularly scheduled pickup. Example: Thanksgiving is on a Thursday. Thursday trash and recycling will be picked up on Friday, and Friday trash and recycling will be picked up on Saturday. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday trash and recycling pickup are not affected.
