Annual Budget

Thanks to dedicated fiscal planning and management, Greenwood
enjoys a positive financial position.

The city’s Rainy Day Fund and reserves have increased by more than
30 percent from 2012. Every city account is now close to or above a
50 percent reserve, and Standard & Poor’s Rating Services recently
increased Greenwood’s credit rating two notches to A+.
