Market Plaza Project Details

Cutsinger Road Improvements 

Road pavement and widening has started on Cutsinger Road. Residents can expect full closures. Detour options are available and local access is allowed. 

Averitt & Smith Valley Roundabout

Residents can now expect lane restrictions as crews work to relocate utilities ahead of the Averitt and Smith Valley roundabout project starting this year. Roads will remain open.
