Effective March 1, 2020, businesses that furnish, prepare or serve any food and/or beverages within Greenwood are required to implement a 1% food and beverage (FAB) tax. First payment of the tax at the end of April, 2020.

Greenwood FAB tax is paid through the State of Indiana. FAB taxpayers must first register for the tax through the INBiz website maintained by the Indiana Secretary of State. Payment must be made through the INtax website, which is maintained by the Indiana Department of Revenue. Taxpayers will not be able to pay until they are first registered for the tax. 

Johnson County FAB taxpayers will continue to submit payments to the Johnson County Treasurer.
