Yoga

PiYo

PiYo Live - A mat-based, music-driven athletic workout that incorporates flexibility, strength training, and conditioning through dynamic Yoga and Pilates inspired movements. Plan to sweat and burn calories while having fun! Suitable for all fitness levels!

Thursdays: 6 – 7 p.m.

Zumba

Fitness combined dance in this fun, high energy class. You won't even realize you're exercising!

Mondays and Thursdays: 7 – 8 p.m.

Kangoo

Kangoo Dance is a safe, energetic, fun and motivating aerobic program taught to music. It's for all ages and fitness levels. Utilizing special rebound shoes to act as shock absorbors to reduce impact and decrease joint stress.

When:

  • Mondays and Wednesdays @5:45 p.m.
  • Winter Only Saturdays @8:15 a.m.  Will resume November 7

Kung Fu

Kung Fu, also referred to as Chinese Martial Arts, in practiced for health and self defense. Veteran instructor, Gerald Laird teaches the Five Animals of Shaolin version.

Tai-Chi

Tai-Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that involves a series of movements performed in a slow, graceful manner along with deep breathing. It helps relieve stress and anxiety and promotes flexibility and balance.

Step Interval is a combination cardio and strength workout using simple step patterns and free weights focusing on upper body muscular endurance.

Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance.

Jeet Kune Do Concepts

"The Way of the Intercepting Fist" is a martial arts philosophy emphasizing efficiency, directness and simplicity. Pioneered by Bruce Lee, Jeet Kune Do Concepts takes root in styles such as Wing Chun, Boxing and even Fencing. This Class follows a curriculum based on martial arts concepts taught by Lee himself.  Whether training for self-defense, sport or fitness, Jeet Kune Do Concepts seeks to help each person find and develop their unique fighting style.
