Kangoo

Kangoo Dance is a safe, energetic, fun and motivating aerobic program taught to music. It's for all ages and fitness levels. Utilizing special rebound shoes to act as shock absorbors to reduce impact and decrease joint stress.

Kung Fu

Kung Fu, a form of Chinese Martial Arts, is practiced for health, discipline and self defense. It involves a total body workout and helps with focus and balance. Veteran instructor Gerald Laird teaches the Five Animals of Shaolin version - the tiger, dragon, leopard, snake and crane

Tai-Chi

Tai-Chi is a gentle, total body form of exercise. It's an ancient Chinese tradition that involves a series of movements performed in a slow, graceful manner along with deep breathing. It helps relieve stress and anxiety and promotes flexibility and balance. It can be performed faster for a more aerobic workout.

Jeet Kune Do Concepts

"The Way of the Intercepting Fist" is a martial arts philosophy emphasizing efficiency, directness and simplicity. Pioneered by Bruce Lee, Jeet Kune Do Concepts takes root in styles such as Wing Chun, Boxing and even Fencing. This Class follows a curriculum based on martial arts concepts taught by Lee himself.  Whether training for self-defense, sport or fitness, Jeet Kune Do Concepts seeks to help each person find and develop their unique fighting style.

En Garde! Have you ever wanted to try your hand with a sword? Here is your opportunity with this exciting new program! Students will learn the basics of fencing: footwork, blade work, rules and tactics, as well as participating in fun fencing games. This class is taught by Anthony Joslin, a trainer of the 2013 US Youth National Champion. Rent the necessary protective gear ( head piece, Chest Piece and gloves) for just $20 per session. 

Ages: 6-12
